Excellent service, Don was very helpful navigating the process of insurance approvals for prescriptions. They also have great over-the-counter options available in store. Coziest, kindest pharmacy experience I’ve ever had!

My husband & I recently moved to Des Moines and are thrilled to have discovered this pharmacy. Several times Don has really come through for us in the sometimes confusing process of changing medical providers and pharmacies and he even went out of his way to get a rebate on a medication so we went from a $60 co-pay to zero! Don is always so calm and patient with our many questions. THIS is why we prefer supporting a local pharmacy over any corporate pharmacy! Oh the joy of being treated like a person, not just one of the anonymous masses!
