Our senior lab (13 years old, deaf, dementia and unable to stand) needed to be put down because we thought she’d suffer too much on our long drive to Charleston. The office squeezed us in on a Friday afternoon and showed love and compassion at this difficult and emotional time for us. I highly recommend this vet clinic. Her Ashes were delivered to us less than a week later here in Charleston.

Amazing experience with my kitty! He needed his initial exam, vaccinations, and the dreaded neutering. They did it all in one visit and the price was extremely reasonable... to the point where I wasn't sure they charged me for everything! If you have pets, this is a wonderful place to take them!

Was in Cashiers on vacation when my dog suddenly started turning circles, tripping, wobbling, literally falling over and her eyeballs were vibrating back and forth. I was scared she'd had a stroke and I'd return home to Florida the next day without my dog. But Dr. Patterson gave us an appointment, knowing we were not local. She and her staff were so kind and gave me the good news that my Emma was having doggie vertigo, not a stroke!! What a relief! Her diagnosis was spot on, her compassion was truly heartfelt and now, a week later, Emma is OK! Thank you for taking care of my old girl and for seeing us even though we were just there for the week. I will never forget what you did for us. Kellye P.

We are seasonal residents and don’t have a regular vet here. At least we didn’t before yesterday. Our cat was in intestinal distress. We called them and they were able to see him just 30 minutes later. Dr Gonzalez and staff provided excellent care and followed up this morning to ask how our cat is doing. He’s fine. We’re delighted to now have a caring and capable vet for when we’re here.
