Cascades at Orchard Park

I would be remiss if I didn't take time to share my experience recently at Casc. at O.P... Our mom has been a resident there for a past few weeks, and as things became worse, it was clear that mom wasn't going to be with us for much longer. So family united together to go and support mom as she prepared to leave this mortal life. There was A LOT of us... and never once did any one of the professionals at the care center bat an eye at our comings and goings. We were loud, and boisterous, still they were supportive of our efforts to comfort our mother. The staff was professional, caring, loving, and very attentive to OUR needs as well as our moms. Seeing that there was a large group of family in with our mother, and that we have been there for a long time, they brought us food and drinks

I went to see my sister yesterday.. I was very disappointed.. Her living area was filthy.. Her bedding was filthy.. She looked like she hadn’t been bathed for days.. I spent our visit cleaning her up.. Changing her bedding and cleaning her living area.. My sister is living her final days and deserves much more respect..

I recently stayed at another facility, and I didn't feel as comfortable there as I do at Orchard Park. The admissions lady was incredibly compassionate, which immediately put me at ease and relieved any concerns I had. The whole team is outstanding, and the entire staff is always ready to lend a helping hand. Overall, the support and care I've received at Orchard Park have been exceptional.

Our experience with Cascades at Orchard Park was truly exceptional. From day one, the staff provided compassionate, attentive care in a warm and welcoming environment. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of engaging activities that helped our loved one feel at home. When it came time for discharge, Lori Ishii went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and clear communication made a potentially overwhelming time feel manageable and supported. We’re incredibly grateful for her help and the entire team at Orchard Park.

The staff wàs professional and friendly. Always available for assistance and questions. My case was not normal and a challenge, they never stopped looking for ways to make me more comfortable to be able to progress. Aces!
