Cascade Summit Physical Therapy

My wife has been coming here for the last 7 months. She could barely walk when she first got here and is doing so much better now. The therapy pool is a game changer. The staff is caring and effective. Great facility. Update* I've been coming for an injury of my own this year and working with my physical therapist has been so helpful. She has completely changed how I train and my overall body strength is getting more balanced. If you listen to what they tell you and put in the work, they can help you.

Completely unprofessional reception staff. I stood patiently waiting forc10 mins while the receptionist was on the phone. Another employee said she'd be with me shortly. The receptionist glanced my way several times. Finished the phone call, discussed a file with another employee and returned to her computer. I waited. There was a sign on the counter asking for patience while she was on the phone. Another patient came in, asked if I was in line, I said yes. She then asked if I had checked in, I said no, I was waiting for the receptionist. We waited. The other patient step just a bit in front of me, the receptionist asks if she can help her, while looking at me. Nope. Purly unprofessional.

Great staff, any one of them can help you. Very caring. I have gone there for three different problems in the last 2 years and each time I was greatly helped.

While my massage therapist and the people at the front counter are great, it’s very frustrating to get ahold of anyone here. They don’t answer the phone, and even then it takes almost 5 minutes to even leave a message. I was running a little behind and went to call to let them know, but no one answered. I guess send an email? No idea how to even call to cancel or reschedule. But I just have tried to make sure I schedule my next appointment before I leave.

The employees are very friendly. The only issue my physical therapist wanted to see me once a week for the first 3 weeks. But the next available appointment was 3 weeks out. Not sure how that's in the best interest for my healing. If after the next visit. If I'm that far out I will have my doctor refer me elsewhere.
