Cascade Foot and Ankle

I was very excited to go here due to their good reviews. Especially for local Healthcare. I have been disappointed in my experience. The doctor was great but other than that my experience was less than desirable. I set up a payment plan and came to an agreement in a bill without having health insurance. Twice they tried to bill me 3x what we had agreed on. I was on crutches with a broken foot and the loaded me up with stuff to take home and wouldn't help me carry anything or help me with the doors. Just watch me struggle. Im an independent person and dont like needing help nor expect it. But sitting there and watching someone in need is crazy. I also had to change banks and tried to call to update my payment method and multiple times I called no answer nor returned my voicemail. The

I called for an appointment for a consult for treating an ingrown toenail and the staff scheduled me very quickly. At the consult I asked the Dr. to have my insurance reviewed ( I am on Medicare) and to give me a rough estimate on my out of pocket expense. After almost 2 weeks I have not heard anything from them. I have called and left very polite messages twice to please give me a status report and I have received no replies. I am very disappointed in their followup.

Very polite, receptionist and helpful. Dr. Summer was very nice. I was seen at my appointment time. All was great.

I was referred to Cascade Foot and Ankle by my PCP. I am very satisfied with my initial visit. The reception staff are friendly and professional. Christian was able to get me scheduled on a day/time that worked for me. Dr. Johnson is great. He was able to explain what the issues are and describe the options available. Thank you!

Dr. Summers Did an amazing job on removing my toe nails, I never felt pain at all he was very gentle & knowledgeable about the process. I Highly recommend him for any toe nail removal or questions about your foot 🦶🏽
