Cascade Chiropractic

I started coming to Cascade Chiropractic in 12/2022, I’ve been seen/treated by Dr. Race Irby, and he, as well as the office, are absolutely amazing. I came here after my prior Chiropractor relocated with a severe SI Joint injury and Dr. Race had me walking normally within 2 weeks/a couple of visits. The immediate goal was to get me pain free enough to endure extensive surgery in 01/2023 and then get me back to prime condition to run again after. Thanks to Dr. Race, all of that was possible. With his help/treatment/services and education, I completed a half marathon in 4/2024. Camila and Holly were/are great reception/workflow managers and their welcoming presence matters. These are great people to be around. The environment is positive and relaxed. Holly and Camila make the reception area very pleasant. I see Dr Race and he always makes the experience fun and he knows EXACTLY where to adjust...great at problem discovery.

I can't say enough good things about Cascade and their entire staff. I've been going to Dr. Race for probably 10 years. I wouldn't be able to walk without his help. I even drove down from Oregon for 5 years because he knows my history and has been there through a few car accidents and other injuries. He educates me on why there's pain and where it originates from, to the point I can continue my care at home with stretches and massage in between appointments. They work with my schedule and understand if I need to wait a week to pay. Camille and Holly at the desk are always welcoming and helpful, especially if you run into a scheduling conflict and need to move your appointment. Dr. Race is a miracle worker. I was in such bad back pain for a week I could barely walk or stand. I came in and got adjusted and immediately felt 75% better. Within 24 hours I was 100%. Would recommend to everyone. Very friendly and family run business. Major bonuses!
