I wasn't sure what to expect from an on line service for glp-1 compound. The medication not only came timely but was exceptionally well packaged. The directions were easy to follow complete with pictures. Each package contained everything needed for a month. Very complete and very professional. What stood out most was her follow through. I spoke with Bianca late in the evening almost at closing time and yet she still made sure my order was processed and sent out to me the very next day. Received my first ever prescription through orderly meds of a semaglutide with b12 this week. It got to NY from Texas one day after my prescription was fulfilled. It was well packaged with an ice pack in a styrofoam box inside a cardboard box, the medication was cold when it arrived. Came with my prescription paperwork and a detailed instruction sheet. Hoping to lose some weight and be healthier!

I started using the compounded tirzepatide from Casa Pharma over two weeks ago and I feel like l have been scammed. I am constantly wanting to eat and have gained 6 lbs. Prior to this I had been taking the name brand Mounjaro and had lost over 38 lbs, it kept my sugar levels in the correct range and I did not need to take any other meds to keep them down. Since I have been on this compound my surgar levels are up and I need to go back on my other meds. I tried handling this through TrimRX and they were absolutely awful and did not want to help me at all. I truly feel that you sent me some red liquid and it has had no effect on me and especially my appetite.
