Casa Maria Healthcare

The healthcare I've been here since April of 2025 I never have to worry about a quick brief change they keep me clean the respond time for the call light is good I don't care for the way that they treat smokers like children 100 being evicted if you're caught if you're caught smoking outside by yourself history of being relocated or discharged why would an establishment evict someone are we located them El Rey cigarette to me that is a poor business decision I do like most of the staff as we have bonded as residents should there's much improvement needed in the food there are times when they don't have creamer or milk and even tomato soup 70 Mills are mediocre two poor I really like the cooking Staff Andy Steven in Albert the Cooks but what's there the quania the first has really gone down

In my personal opinion of Casa Maria, I think, This place needs to be shut down or just fire everyone and get new staffing; because everyone that I have talked to has been very Rude and very unprofessional. My mom was placed here from the hospital. She was doing good until she was admitted to Casa Maria then her health started declining rapidly. 😭 I would not recommend this place at all. I live far away from my mom, so I would call Casa Maria to get an update on my mom and the phone would ring forever before they would answer the phone and the few times they did pick up the phone they would always say for me to call back later on and they would hang up the phone on Me. 🤦 My mom is Dying and I just wanted an update since I don't live close to her. Honestly I would not even give this place a one star rating. My mother went there for rehab treatment after being in the hospital. My mother pressed the call button and after waiting an hour and a half for someone to come down to her room to see if she needed anything they helped her to the facilities only to leave her there so long that her legs fell asleep and started to hurt her after she pulled the call button for if a patient falls and still no one came. My mother who is a fall risk had to get up from the facilities on her own and got her self back in the hospital bed. It was only after all that did someone come down and check on her. They also accused my father of overdosing my mother when the doctors prescribed my mother her medicine and he follows it to the letter. DO NOT send your

12/31/24: I was so impressed with your camera check-in! An employee helped me look for a patient-friend of mine! He stated she was no longer at the facility. When I returned home, 46 miles away, I had a message my friend had transitioned from your facility,12/28/24. Your employee honored the privacy act by not telling me. I am so glad because I would not have been able to make the drive had he violated it! Thank you!!!

I went in for the first time today and was able to meet some of the staff, and rehabilitation therapy team was incredible! They all were very welcoming and able to communicate well with me! Very great people and staff. Beautiful building!
