CaryRx - On-Demand Pharmacy

The convenience of being an "on-demand" pharmacy that delivers to your home means diddly squat if after three attempted prescription refills placed for a medication, they twice did not have the extremely common Rx you have taken uninterrupted for years in stock. Hugely disappointed but a reminder that automating everything so that shareholders have to pay fewer human beings or pay rent or whatever does NOT equal a better product or a more patient-centered experience.

Very pleased with CaryRX! Customer service is excellent; representatives are always patient. I get answers to all of my questions. In addition; I Iove the clean packaging of the medications); almost like receiving a gift. Delivery is always as promised.

Not to be dramatic but this pharmacy has single handedly improved the quality of my life by a million. Getting prescriptions filled by large pharmacies has been extremely frustrating and CaryRX has been made it so easy to transfer everything over from CVS. They are so communicative and knowledgeable when i have questions or a medication needs to be ordered and are available via chat within minutes so there are no long hold times. They have my medication delivered to my front door quicker than an Uber eats order and have worked with my insurance and suggested coupons to ensure I’m getting the best price available. I can’t say enough good things about this company and wholeheartedly recommend.

Incredible. I was looking for a pharmacy and decided to try CaryRx after seeing other positive reviews. After having been a customer for some months now, I can confirm how amazing they are. The latest example? I had a doctor's appointment today, received a prescription, and CaryRx had it filled and delivered to my house all in under an hour. I was shocked at how easy and quick it was. I am crossing all my fingers that they're able to weather the upcoming economic crosscurrents and maintain the awesome service as they have it today!

Could not say enough good things about CaryRX. I left the STRUGGLE of CVS/Caremark and now I get my meds delivered to my door, when I schedule it, and can easily ask questions using the chat feature. They’re super responsive, and I really encourage anyone fed up with large corporate pharmacies to give them a try!
