Cary Family Eye Care made time to see my daughter late in the day after she injured her eye. JJ brought us back, was playful with her, and really helped ease her nerves. While she waited a couple minutes for the doctor, my daughter sat on the floor and colored. The doctor came in and plopped down right next to her, immediately earming her trust. Their new facility is beautiful, and everyone was really nice! (I also thought it was a strong recommendation that we came here on the word of our usual optometrist, who said that she brings her kids here to be seen.)

I am a huge fan of Cary Family Eye Care’s optical, and especially Joseph. The selection is outstanding and their opticians are great with helping find the best frames for one’s face, and then fitting them once they are delivered. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joseph who is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He exceeded my expectations today when my frames broke a day before we were going out of town (which I hadn’t told him). He looked at the frames and determined they couldn’t be repaired. He walked over to the display wall, picked out the exact same frame, and swapped them under warranty. I was wowed! This is outstanding customer service! I am a fan of CFEC and until I have a reason to go elsewhere I am a customer for life.

Excellent company, amazing staff. The office is beautiful and well stocked with plenty of room to shop for frames. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I was really apprehensive about switching to progressives, but Dr. Logan gave me the assurance I needed, and I'm so glad I made the switch...what a difference! I also was recently treated for chronic dry eye, and the results have had a huge impact on my daily life. I used to go through several bottles of drops a week, but I rarely even use them anymore. Truly one of the best experience I have had when it comes to eye exams! I loved all the staff. I love that they offer pediatric eye exams. Dr. Logan was very pleasant and Alyssa was wonderful with helping me pick out my glasses. I enjoyed getting the fitting done for my contacts.
