My first visit was this past Tuesday on 6/17, Great location, Great staff very friendly and professional. I seen Dr Norville, she was through and explained everything to me, very friendly. Good selection of glasses and I was in and out in no time!! I am glad I found her and her staff!!!

My husband has been a type one diabetic for 60 years with over 13 eye procedures done on his eyes!! Dr Norville did not rush him even when his BS started dropping and he had to drink some juice to bring it up during the exam. We are very pleased with her treatment/kindness toward him. New glasses are on the way.

I had a great experience!! Kiran did a great job with my intake and exam! And Cam helped me pick frames with so much patience and knowledge! Great eye exam by provider that was very knowledgeable!

*Update: Ended up buying my contacts through CEA and the experience was as good as the initial visit described below * Friendly, and very efficient. No waiting around when I showed up for my appointment- just sat right down and got to work on my exam. Almost no downtime between doing the initial testing and being seen by the doctor, who I enjoyed working with. No hard sell on their products. Just a friendly, professional experience all around.

The staff are always very nice and patient. The Dr is thorough and always takes her time to make sure you feel heard. I never feel rushed during my appointments, even when it appears they’re busy. Highly recommend.
