**** IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.*** Dr. Brandy Herring and her office are a true DANGER to dental health. I'm writing this as a warning so that no one else goes through what I went through: 1. From the very beginning, she only offered me crowns, as if there were no other care options. 2. At first, she insisted they had to be gold. When she saw I wouldn't accept, she magically "could" make them white. Professionalism? Zero. 3. Instead of a clear plan, they surprised me by saying they could do all 4 crowns on the same day… if I paid EVERYTHING upfront. I trusted her, and it was the biggest mistake. > 8 hours with my mouth open, repeated anesthesias, without food or water. Totally inhumane treatment. 4. Upon completion, they admitted that a crown was BADLY made and sent me home with

I recently switched to a place closer to home after 16 years (back when it was called Happy Tooth), but primarily for geographical reasons. It took me a long time to do this because everyone at this practice is so great! Nicole is especially awesome. The admin staff has always been friendly and helpful as well. I've gotten quite a bit of dental work done here, and they did a wonderful job on everything. I've had my crowns for several years now and I'm still very happy with them. I highly recommend them to those who are in the Triangle area.

After having had bad experiences with other dentists it,s so refreshing to finally find a dentist office like Dental Studio. Doctors are top notch, courteous, professionals and compassionate. My wife had 2teeth extracted and told me that she felt no discomfort at all, but what really surprised me was that the doctor called my wife later that night to ask her how she felt and even gave her her personal cell number should she needed any assistance, now that is a class act and shows me that they care for their patients. Highly recommend them

they had call me 2 days ago about a open spot today 11/18 at 2pm and when I got there they told me my appointment was at 1pm. That they couldn’t take me cause they close at 2 every Friday. Never got a notification that my appointment was 1pm until today. The lady kept telling me she had over 10 years there. I left with a bad pain in my back morals. I was refer by family so I thought they would be good

Friendly staff and Dr. Estrada is very warm, kind, and caring. This was my 1st appt and I was a new patient. I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain and they got me in ASAP. They extracted the tooth at the appt after x-rays and speaking to the Dr. about the options. I have a follow up appt in a few days to make sure I'm healing and then I plan to schedule appts for my children. I would definitely recommend Cary Dental Studio and Dr. Luz Estrada to anyone. Thank you for easing my nerves and for an *almost* painless visit, from beginning to end!
