I have never learned so much about my hearing and the importance of brain health as it relates to better hearing! Rebecca Vlk has been such an incredible and patient Audiologist. She is extremely thorough and makes sure you don’t leave her office without feeling comfortable about the entire process. My first hearing test with Cary Audiology's Dr. Rebecca Vlk could not have gone better. Scheduling the appointment was painless with new patient paperwork being completed online. Check-in on the day of my appointment was completed in two to three minutes by Jessika after which Dr. Rebecca Vlk took me back for the hearing test right at the appointment time. Testing was a breeze with Dr. Vlk walking me through each step procedure. She then reviewed the results with me and my wife, which was my preference, thereby saving me from providing a laymen's explanation of the results after the appointment. She patiently answered all of my questions and worked with me to develop a plan for future monitoring and treatment. The whole experience went exceptionally well and I couldn't be more pleased.
