I have found that Sparrow Carson City Hospital to be very helpful and worked as quickly as possible with the ER visits I have had. Two times in the last month and first with admission for 3 days care. Thankful today was only a short stay but they did a lot of test to rule out many things. They were very caring and gave me time to ask any questions. I feel that they listened and allowed me time to express my concerns and they also explained everything to me completely. I have found this Hospital to be very good! I do not use the ER as a doctors office and I do not want go there unless I have to. I have never waited to be seen by a doctor for only a short period of time. I am so thankful for their respect to me as a patience.

My birth plan didn't include having to go to the hospital so when I ended up at Carson City I was not happy. But to my surprise this place was great! They listened to my birth plan and were very accommodating to our family's wishes. Dr. Kasavona was absolutely wonderful! He is the most upbeat and happy doctor I have ever experienced and I am very happy and lucky that he delivered my daughter. Will go here for my next child even though it's over an hour away!

I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of care I received in the emergency room. Literally 2 minutes after checking in I was taken to a room for exam and vitals. Five minutes later the doctor was in and evaluating my problem. After a thorough exam and consult a course of treatment agreed upon. Total time from walking in the door and being discharged was just over an hour. Never have I been seen so fast in a emergency room and left pain free and an appropriate prescriptions for follow on care. I highly recommend anyone considering go to Mt Pleasant or worse yet, Alma for care don't. Instead try a place that cares not only about your health but also about not wasting your time waiting.

The receptionist was very rude to us regarding check-up history. As a healthy individuals, we do not see the point in paying them to tell us that we are completely healthy. She forced us into making another appointment, or she would not allow our visit to continue.
