My father was in urgent need of his pain medication, so I stopped by to check if the prescription had been called in. He normally uses the VA, but this was a critical situation. When I arrived, there were three staff members behind the counter. The man ahead of me had been waiting for what had to have been over ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged him. When it was my turn, the staff that helped him walked away without a word, and the others continued "working" as if I didn’t exist. Not one of the three could take a moment to speak to a single customer. I stood there, feeling increasingly uncomfortable, just watching them move around behind the counter. I grew up in Eagle River along time ago. I was there on the day this store opened. I’m visiting my elderly parents. I got a sinus infection and am not well. Teledoc sent some meds in for me at this Carrs. My dad was wanting to go and pick up some groceries and I said meds weren’t ready since they haven’t texted me. But he just had to go so I went to pharmacy and they were wrapping up with a gentleman and I stepped up and literally told her the story of how I was there. I guess lunch started at 1:30 and I gave her the opportunity to say my meds weren’t ready and I would have came back after their lunch but no she asked name and date of birth. Then I had to look something up on my phone and she was just acting so damn impatient by taping her finger on the countertop. Their card machine asked

Few days ago I drop off a prescription for my daughter. Because it was not signed by the doctor they were going to call and verify. I have my brother to swing by to check if it ready. The lady with the glasses they took my 2 year old daughter paper prescription that day didn’t Input it into the system lost the prescription paper nothing was found. I agree with the pharmacist to call the Er and verify. Now I have to sit and wait till Monday for her appointment because you failed to loose my daughter prescriptions.

I love the pharmacist she is very kind but they have got to get it together in there, they keep filling these weird knock off sugar pills and the pills in my bottle are not what the prescription on the bottle reads, this has to be highly illegal, it's happened 2 months in a row now, first I thought I was crazy then I realized I wasn't, apparently they pick and choose who gets the real stuff, anyone else experience things like this? --- I'm not an addict, I'm not rude or pushy I always fill on time I'm simply just trying to get the prescription my Dr is under the impression that they are providing.

Lost a few days of my medication. Pharmacist held my prescription hostage after permission to refill from doctors pharmacy staff. Asked him what i could do to get my medication, he told me he "didnt care what i do," he just refused to fill or transfer prescription. Never again.
