AVOID! I brought my 1 y/o with my newborn on her first appt post birth. My 1 y/o was sick and screaming and I needed a solution. They said on day 2 of symptoms they see 4 molars coming in and fluid in an ear. On day 4 when screaming won’t stop I call and say I tried everything from their technique of frozen towel to half melted ice to teethers. I said “I know you don’t recommend it but I even tried baby orajel out of desperation.” They recommended against it in the past but damn it’s been 4 days. I continue on for my rant and the triage nurse responds a minute later saying, “you know baby orajel isn’t recommended.” And she calls the doctor. She calls me back 15 minutes later to scold me and say baby orajel isn’t recommended. I know that, I get that but that’s an OTC purchase and I need som

The nurse (older with thin hair in a clip and glasses) was so rude and passive aggressive towards me. Spoke down to me as if I was a child- I am 20, and repeatedly interrupted me while addressing my concerns. Spoke under her breath after she told me to uncross my legs and I said “They are uncrossed.” She said “Can’t you see my hands are full,” after I tried offering her the paperwork I just filled out for her. I waited for her outside the bathroom while she was with another patient doing an eye exam. I briefly walked through the hallway after she seemed done to get back to my room. When she eventually came back to give me my shot she scolded me for interrupting the other patient’s eye exam. I was polite and said Happy Holidays while leaving and she replied “yeah.” Terrible service

25 years going here , all three of my children . We used to love this place and the doctors . We tried to set up an appointment for my daughter today only to be informed she is no longer a patient . This place has gone DOWNHILL , avoid it . They only care about dollars and not the patients anymore

We absolutely love the care team at Carrow Street. Reception, nurses, doctors—every team member reflects the kindness, caring, professionalism and responsibility you hope for when it comes to your kids. So appreciative of this crew!

Have been going to Carrow street for 2 plus years. Was never crazy about the practice to begin with but my most recent interaction with my son solidified me leaving. He had a piece of lead from a pencil under his eye. It has been there and I was worried about it. In between me calling and us going he developed abdominal pain. So when we got there and were called back by the nurse I attempted to tell her that something new had arisen. She said to me “oh no my questions first then Yours” then proceeded to ask if my son lived with me and my husband, if we had pets, asked me how to spell my name, all just to get his eye looked at. Then the PA comes in after the weirdest encounter with the nurse. I told her that he had a piece of lead under his eye. She looks at the side of his face and says
