Carriage Animal Hospital

Our sweet Murphy had a very serious emergency (he couldn't walk). This was our 1st visit. We were already planning to try Carriage soon. They got him right away the next morning. Dr Jean was SO sweet, kinda, compassionate, and gave us the most appropriate direction with options. (We ultimately needed to see a Neurologist). Our boy is thankfully doing much better. The Neurologist is still trying to figure things out, but I look forward to follow-up appts in the near future. Once we finish all neuro testing, I will be able to give a more detailed review. ❤️ So far our experience has been great!

***PLEASE READ FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS OF THIS VET CLINIC*** I am beyond disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Carriage Hospital. We brought our puppy in for a sedated grooming appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM. The groomer told us she should be finished around 12:00 PM. When we called at 12:45 PM to check on her, we were shocked to find out she hadn't even been sedated yet, let alone groomed!!! When we asked for an ETA, the receptionist simply told us the veterinarian "was at lunch". There are several major issues with how this clinic operates: * **Zero Pre-Op Instructions:** No one told us our puppy needed to fast. Because I work in the medical field, I knew to ask—but if I hadn't, she could have been at serious risk during sedation and their "authorization form"

Took in my Cavapoo in for emergency services my dog swallowed a large piece of fabric from his toy and overall I cannot complain the staff was great from the very first moment I called in scared and unsure they comforted me and were expecting me as soon as I got in they told me what to expect and sure enough it turned out great every step of the way till the end thank you all for taking great care of my furbaby….. before posting I see comments about the price and let me tell you their price was sooooo much lower than expected for an emergency visit I’m not sure if they take into consideration that my dog goes there for his regular visits but thank you!!! For that price would have been soooo much higher elsewhere and that helps out a lot in an emergency

Dr. Manna is so knowledgeable and caring. She listens and was compassionate with my dog, Dixie's urinary issue. The staff is also very understanding and worked to get me an appointment the same day on a Saturday. The best!

Friendly staff, helpful techs, great experience overall. Brought my cat in for his annual wellness exam and a checkup for some areas of discomfort for him. Our vet was beyond helpful and talked through all the options we have available to help my cat feel better.
