Carousel Pediatrics: Mays Crossing

I have been taking my girls here for the last 10 years and never had a complaint. Great providers and staff! Shout out to the patient coordinator/receptionist Melanie, she is so patient and sweet.

I don’t recommend taking your babies to the pediatrician location in round rock with nurse practitioner Stephanie slater. She called my husband threatening to call cps and harassing him while he was working. She said she was going to call cps on us because I had left my appointment when the appointment wasn’t over.before she left the room I had confirmed with her that nothing was wrong with my baby and she was healthy and the reason she was being fussy and having a hard time sleeping was because she was teething. She did not indicate there was any concern with my daughter. After everything turned out fine I changed my daughter back into her clothes I breastfed her for about 20 minutes before heading out. We were in the room about 30 minutes after Stephanie had left. Nothing indicated to me

Really good clinic, staff are really polite and good trained, Medical Assistants are very attentive, NP Stephanie is amazing and take good care of the kids. Easy to get the appoinments.

The staff was fantastic, let me start by saying that, The Dr or whatever she was was awful. They are apparently so overworked that they can't be bothered to ask questions or figure out what is wrong. I had to advocate for my child and ask for better care so we could figure out what is happening. Then the Dr assumes my financial status and that was incredibly insulting

Visiting this Pediatric location is always a good experience for us. Valery, Monica and Angelica have excellent customer service. Angelica is so friendly and absolutely extremely knowledgeable. Dr Rama Sarathy and Carly Schultz NP. are very kind and informative. We are so happy to say that we appreciate these ladies so much and highly recommend this office. :)
