My first time meeting a surgeon that doesn't wear a mask while performing a medical procedure and then doesn't send a growth to pathology for examination. Seems to just come up with her own ideas of logic vs. trying things based on basic medical knowledge and scientific logic (prevention of infection while performing an open incision surgery, verifying growths in humans, etc). The other staff was excellent but would not recommend going to this person.

Do not waste your time or give any money to this Sorry excuse of a "doctor " she does no research, no blood work , confuses her patients charts and then tells them without a single test or even an inquiry of her own that it's all in their heads and she thinks they need psychiatric help. My 25 year old daughter has been vomiting for over a year straight and we went through months of waiting for her to get a referral to a specialist. I should have listened to the reviews and saved time, money and insults. I have never in my entire life seen such an awful representation in the field. I will be in contact with the board about her license to practice medicine since she is not even putting forth the effort to ask a question beyond "how are you today " and you can see her tune you out. Had an appointment on 2/8/19 for a biopsy. When I get there, I was told I didn’t have insurance over and over. I told the representative that I had Tricare, which I have had the same healthcare coverage for 22 years. After going back and forth, the representative had entered the information incorrectly in the system and my husband had to call the office and explained to her how to input his information in the system after I was turned away. On 2/9/19, I was called from this office, telling me that my insurance was verified and they had a 9 a.m. opening if I wanted it. I was excited to here this and to actually get the biopsy done. Dr. Caroline Paul is a complete imbasol to medicine! She all but said that the lump in my armpit was all in my head! I have had 3 other doctors tell me that I needed to have it removed and biopsied but this quack of a doctor says it is nothing! PLEASE don't ever see her for ANYTHING!!! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!

Was very kind and thorough! Helped me tremendously with a very stubborn cyst.
