Carolinas Urgent and Primary Care

Justin Packard is still there, he is my primary doctor! This is a great place! As for Derek I have not met him! But I have heard good things! Staff is very friendly! And may I also mention they are open 7 days a week! Please find another office that is there more for their patients! “You won’t “ I love my Doctor office and the care they provide! This place saved my husband’s life when he was in congestive heart failure and didn’t know it! Sent him right to the hospital! Dr Thompson was who he seen but is no longer with this office, she moved away to be with family! Couldn’t say better things about this office! Just great with their patients!

I am new to the area and could not be more pleased for my son & I to have such an awesome care team . The staff are very friendly & helpful. My nurse, Jessica was absolutely wonderful and my doctor, Dr. Dereck, was also so fantastic! My entire experience from check in to check out was top notch!

I truly hate to write this review because the front staff, nursing staff, and some providers (Justin & Cindy who formerly worked there) are truly wonderful. I do feel the need to warn others however not to waste your time and entrust your health with this urgent care unless you call ahead and ensure that the provider Derek is not working. He is extremely condescending, arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. We have had numerous horrendous experiences with him in the past, but gave him the benefit of maybe having an off day before posting any type of public review. Unfortunately that is not the case, he is just truly that socially (and from our visits with him medically) inept. As you can see from other reviews posted here (sometimes called David and other times just "the angry doctor") he is

I absolutely love this office !! They are always friendly . Every single person there goes above and beyond to help me no matter what the problem is! Yes sometimes there is a wait but that’s anywhere you go! I love them all!!

Just moved to area. Stopped by today for Urgent Care. Excellent visit. Fast and Easy. Justin Packer and Staff were very friendly. Highly Recommend their Healthcare Services.
