Nurse was fabulous. Got my IV started the first time (which almost never happens), put me at ease and had a great bedside manner. Techs were on point too. Very skilled and friendly. Perfect combination! I would highly recommend.

Very clean facility with ample parking and fairly easy access. The staff were all professional and courteous. I showed up early and was able to move through the process faster than I thought it was going to go.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD! the front desk "lady" was absolutely vial and rude. I was told there was a $1,000 copay AT the front desk with the only option to pay 1/2 or all. the rep at the front argued with me, and the lady before me that we are told that the text messages we were sent to confirm the appointment, told us the copay- absolutely NO where in any of them, or the chart, does it give copay. had I have known prior I would have had her issues paying in full. when I offered to give them $100 on the spot, she refused it and said if I am not going to pay she's canceling the appointment. again, the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to.

I loved HOLLY the MRI TECH! She was so amazing, sweet and explained everything to me. She is the only reason I gave this place a 5. HOLLY SHOULD GET 5 stars. Thank you Holly for how kind you are! You made me already tough situation was better!

Check in was easy as usual. About a 10 minute wait before I was called. The technician was professional but friendly. She explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. I was there for an MRI of my lower spine. They made sure that I was comfortable and asked if I needed a warm blanket. They explained the procedure which took about 17 minutes. Easy Peasy!
