Everyone at Carolina Vision Care was very nice and professional. Smiles on their faces and very welcoming. Dr. Macintosh is the best. He never rushes his patients and answers all their questions and concerns. If you are looking for an eye doctor, this is the place to go.

I had my first visit with Dr. Natalie (Firetower office) and she was amazing! I have worn glasses or contacts almost my entire life (over 50 years) and she probably is the best doctor I have ever seen. She put me in the correct prescription so now I don't have to use readers at work all day! Which is wonderful! Everyone at the office was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Natalie and her team if you are looking for a new eye doctor!

Dr Aycock is absolutely wonderful. I scratched my cornea and thought I was gonna have to have surgery or either a special contact. She worked with me and now I am seeing with just a regular contact. I recommend for anyone that needs to go to an optician that they call Dr Aycock and make an appointment because she’s that good!.

Teresa with whom I first met, was lovely. She was professional, effective and kind. Dr Aycock was marvelous. She was very thorough in her examination and continued to review my situation until a plan was developed. I appreciated and felt confident and my exam was excellent throughout my entire visit.

This was the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor appointment. I have lived several locations and had several eye care drs.I’m very aware of my insurance and benefits .work! I have Managed an office before after I retired as a nurse, and I will tell you every single employee was extremely kind and helpful and took time to answer all my questions. They took such good care of me. I hate to name any of them as I don’t want to leave anyone out. Go to this office. You will not be disappointed, and they also had the best selection of frames and the doctor took great care of me and sending me home with a wonderful pair of contact lens.
