Hands down the best experience with a dental office in my life. I will be switching my children from their current dentist to Carolina Roots. The hygienist was friendly, gentle and thorough. Dr.Gerry was very kind, patient and easy to talk to. The appointment went so well and my mouth feels so much better that instead of dreading it, I look forward to my next appointment because I know it'll be a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I've been in for 3 different types of appointments (cleaning, crown reattachment, and fillings) and each visit has been pleasant. The office is beautiful and clean and the front desk staff is friendly and kind. Once in the dental chair, I love the good nature, professionalism and patience offered by Dr. Gerry and his assistant. Their light banter makes me feel like I'm listening to a local morning talk show, which I enjoy. I especially appreciate Dr. Gerry's thorough explanations and guidance during and after the procedures.

Claudia is an outstanding dental hygienist, and my experience with her has truly been the best I’ve ever had at a dental office. From the moment she greeted me, she was warm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. my teeth have never felt cleaner. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients’ health and comfort. Her positive attitude and kindness really make a difference. Doctor Gerry and his staff provided a quick, comfortable and pleasant experience today. Made my first root canal a breeze and was easy to talk to about worries and concerns. His assistant was easy to communicate with, she gave clear and concise directions went need also made the whole appointment quick with her knowledge of the procedure. 100% the top dentist I have been to would go again.

I have never been to a dentist office where everyone is so friendly and cheerful! They explain everything well and really care about your comfort and well being.
