Carolina QuickCare - Grantsboro Urgent Care

Everyone, from check-in to checkout was very professional & friendly. Ashley seemed genuinely concerned & was compassionate & understanding. Will definitely be coming back if need be & I will highly recommend Quickcare to others!

Let me first start off by saying that each employee is professional, and polite. Even though it was busy, (I went on a Saturday around lunch time. It’s to be expected.) But they did an excellent job getting 7-8 people seen in a timely manner. Love their Nurse Pam and Dr Ashley is kind, professional and a great bedside manner. Don’t remember her name but the young woman at the front desk is sweet, warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this quick care to anyone. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Great experience!

I messed up my finger pretty good. I needed help. It was just before closing. The staff took me in within minutes. I honestly didn’t feel very well, but they did everything they could to make sure I was not in pain, kept me calm and comfortable. I was stitched up and out before I knew it. Very professional staff, cleanliness was outstanding. Their kindness made me feel like I found the right place when I was so far from home.

Great experience, truly was fast and everyone there is kind! They have a play area for children in the lobby as you’re waiting to be seen. We didn’t have an appointment and were a walk-in and we waited about 10 minutes before we were sent to the back, our concerns were taken seriously and the correct medical advice was given as well as medicine! I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be back for future sick visits! :)

I'm soo glad we have this urgent care here in Pamlico county. I have now been here twice and both experiences have been top notch. Everything was wonderful. Check in is quick and easy, the staff is professional, the provider is friendly and spot on with treatment and diagnosis. Thank you for making it a truly quick process.
