I set up an appointment to tour and meet with the Office manager prior to having my son come here due to some dentist PTSD from another dentist. I also liked that they take our secondary insurance. They had an open floor concept which we have had at all of our pediatric dentists so this wasn’t new. I filled out all the paperwork during my tour and provided all the insurance we had before scheduling my son for his appointment. I understand that there can be wait times, but we got called back 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment. I checked after 10 minutes waiting and asked how far behind they were running and was told they will be calling us next. We had to get a pair of new retainers for my daughter. We chose Carolina Orthodontics based on their reviews and the proximity to where we live. The retainers fit perfect, a lot more confortable then her previous ones and the staff was great throughout the process. We are so happy with the results and the fast delivery of the retainers. Just completed my Invisalign journey. My bute was horrible when I started almost three years ago, today I open and close and it feels normal without constant jaw shifting. It hasn't been easy but the end result is worth it. Dr. Jed (Arbon) is just awesome and very accommodating and incredible getting me where I needed to be. Kendra was also great when I needed to come in, listened to me complain about logging my pictures every week. Just the whole team made the process and effort worth it.
