Carolina Health and Hearing

I arrived to a bright clean office. Staff very friendly. The Dr. asked questions and listened to my answers. She explained each step as we went. Would recommend Carolina Health And Hearing to anyone who asks.

On 1/2/2026 I went to Carolina health and hearing for a C&P exam that took less than 15 minutes I was asked two questions only did the eardrum test a hearing test where I repeated back the middle word of some phrases did the right ear tone test took about a minute and a half did she left ear tone test took 15 seconds she was going through the tone so fast I couldn't say yes when I did hear them I was not asked the questions on the DBQ form that she filled out I consider this a total waste of my time driving 4 and 1/2 hour round trip for a PA that doesn't care to do her job I also sent a statement to the VA explaining this whole situation not sure if it'll do any good I would give them zero stars if I was allowed to looks like there is a reason this Rincon location has the lowest rating of

I had a problem with a hearing aid not working properly. Kassie found the problem and fixed it very quickly. She has always been willing to go above and beyond to help. The Doctor and the staff there are awesome!

My experience with Carolina Health and Hearing was fantastic. I contacted them to get some specialized ear impressions. Once they confirmed they were capable to meeting the requirements that I had, they managed to work me in within the hour. The staff was courteous, got me in and out quickly, couldn't have been smoother.

The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. She treated me as if I was a regular customer even though I had only purchased a charger last year. She took care of me and her service was exceptional. She exceeded all expectations. (written for John McGrath)
