Carolina Health and Hearing

From the receptionist to the Dr, a very pleasant experience. I brought my 81 year old mother for her first hearing test. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the office. A very professional experience. The Dr took her time explaining what she would do, step by step. After completing the exam, Dr Clark shared her results. We were given the opportunity to talk and ask questions. We left with more knowledge and understanding than we had when we arrived. 100% recommended.

Dr. Clarke is awesome! She explained everything so thoroughly and patiently answered our many questions. She is extremely caring. Amy made us feel so comfortable when we arrived and was so kind. Extremely impressed with Carolina Health and Hearing!

I met with Dr. Jennifer Clarke at Carolina Health and Hearing for a hearing test and consultation. She was outstanding in every way. Dr. Clarke is very professional and polite with a strong ability to explain everything in a clear way. In addition, she is very thoughtful and a great communicator. The front desk lady is very helpful and polite too. A positive experience from start to finish! I cannot think of any improvement.
