Dr. Franco is the most knowledgeable and gifted General Practitioner in NC! He also truly cares about his patients well-being, and leaves no stone unturned to find their correct diagnosis. The only negative is that you may have to wait a while because there are usually a lot of other patients also waiting, but you will be so glad you did!

My appointment was at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:15pm. It is now 7:04. My experience has been absolutely horrible. I waited over 3 hours in a room with no nurse or any staff informing me the wait was going to be that long. I had to walk out to the nurses station to ask about an approximate time I would be seen. I was informed it would be another 2 or 2 and half hours after already waiting 3 hours. The nurse said that this wait time is normal and expected. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctors office.

Dr Franco is amazing , when you go there you feel you are in excellent hands . I highly recommend to anyone. I unfortunately moved to FL and i haven't find any dr like him

Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Well worth the wait.
