Carolina Eyecare Physicians: Shawn Thomas, OD

I was very pleased with the way the staff and Dr. Thomas took care of my exam. They each explained in detail the process and made me feel comfortable. A prescription for eye drops was submitted on my behalf and I received it 2 days later by mail. In addition they submitted a certificate to motor vehicles of my exam as I am in the process of renewing my license. I noticed while there how pleasant the staff is. The office is very nice as well. 5+ stars.

Always a positive experience. Dr Thomas is thorough and pro active. His technical assistant was very helpful and explained each test so I had a clear understanding. I would highly recommend Dr Thomas to anyone wanting to take good care of their eyes.

I was interested in making a same day appointment due to an unexpected eye injury. Carolina Eye Physicians was able to fit me in. From the minute I arrived everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The technician who brought me back was knowledgeable and walked me through the check in process. My wait time was not long at all. I felt that the doctor was thorough and took his time. He asked questions and I felt thoughtfully listened to my responses. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Carolina Eye Physicians.

Dr. Thomas and staff are very professional and courteous. They make you feel like a part of the family. I would recommend them to anyone. I love the office and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

Staff is top notch. Courteous, friendly and professional. They "all" make you feel comfortable like they are invested in your well being and care. They take the time to answer questions so you feel you that your concerns are important to them. Office is clean, organized and I noticed the coordinated cooperation between staff. Very pleased.
