Assistants were polite and very good. Doctor said hello and took approximately 2 minutes to provide exam with refraction scope and then followed him to billing desk. Felt like I was just a number and the doctor showed no interest in my eye issue other than to provide me new prescription and move me out as fast as possible! I won’t be going back to Dr Sawyer or this office.

Minimal wait time, pleasant & knowledgeable employee handling preliminary testing. Dr Sawyer exuded confidence & efficiency, answering all all my questions with a pleasant manner. I've had excellent experiences each visit with this practice.

Was seen on time as scheduled. Office experience was very good. Online pre registration process was clunky and difficult to use unless you want to give them a credit card number. Seems like a 3rd party vendor - so no. But then the pre registration process kinds of falls apart. Other patients in waiting area were complaining about it too. Otherwise clinically strong with friendly staff. Thank you.

Dr. Sawyer was great, he was patient, answered my questions, and really understood my concerns. I was there for a second opinion on an visual issue I was having, and he gave me more clarity (no pun intended) into my vision. Thanks to him and the team.

I have been going here for 2 years. I had Lasik done last year. They are amazing. I drive all the way from Summerville to go to their Mt. Pleasant office. Just had my annual check up yesterday. They make me feel appreciated, treat me with respect and kindness. Very professional and knowledgeable.
