Very impressed with this office. My mother had both an endoscopy and colonscopy procedure. All of the staff we encountered were very attentive, professional and friendly. Rebecca was especially helpful with questions and concerns when scheduling. Dr. Goldstein was excellent. I highly recommend this office.

Phil is the best. Staff was awesome. No one should fear getting a colonoscopy. Save your life and it’s the best nap you’ll ever have (during the procedure).

I have received decent care at this office, although there is generally a long wait to be seen. However, I just called to leave a message about an appointment over the weekend and was informed by the recorded message that I would be charged $50 if I left a message that was not an emergency. This is horrendous customer service. Some people work regular business hours and need to try and take care of things over a weekend or in the evening. I don’t expect a call back regarding a non-emergency over a weekend, but I should not be charged $50 to leave a message for someone to listen to Monday morning. I will be cancelling my next appointment and seek treatment elsewhere. Basic customer service should go along with good health care.

I saw the NP Amy Forrest and she was genuinely the most amazing practitioner i’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She heard my concerns and set a plan to figure out the issue and made me feel confident in her.

Very well run and organized. Plenty of staff. Dr. Goldstein and his nursing and administrative staff made me feel welcomed and everything was efficient and I was in and out in an hour and a half including recovery from a Colonoscopy.
