I had the BEST experience from the front desk to my dental procedure! The front desk was so professional and helpful! So, so friendly. I was honestly amazed at how welcoming everyone was. Thank you!! Julie is absolutely amazing! She was so comforting, we laughed and talked! I feel like I’ve known her for years! Dr Hayden Jones is hands down the best! The BEST! He made me feel so comfortable, he was fast, he talked me through what was going on! For a patient to be absolutely terrified to now I can’t wait to go back! This team is phenomenal. Thank you, Albemarle team for your kindness and compassion. You made this experience outstanding for me and I am so grateful! 20/10! You guys are absolutely wonderful!!

Highly recommend!!!! Julie, Renee, & Dr. Hayden were amazing!!!! I have always had terrible anxiety with the dentist but they talked me through it & reassured me they would take care of me and they did. I have ZERO complaints! Wonderful people & amazing bedside manners!!!!

I was very pleased with visiting the office in Albemarle. I had a great experience getting my xrays of my teeth to get pulled for dentures with Hailey. When my teeth were pulled by Dr.jones with Julie I was treated with care. I believe this team is the best and I thought they were amazing. I didnt really hurt. I was really taken good care by Dr.Jones and Julie. I was taken care of also by Tina in the front office. She answered questions I had professional. Everyone was very professional at the Albemarle office. Everything was clean and patients were acknowledged as soon as they walked in the door. I have to say I love this dentist office in Albemarle and I recommend it 100 percent.

Today was my second visit to this office, today was for a crown. I am very anxious about going to the dentist to begin with. Julie and Dr. Jones were fantastic. I felt nothing, my anxiety was kept to a minimum. The atmosphere in the office starting at the reception area, is very relaxed and helpful. Makes needing to go back much easier!!
