It was my first time visiting this establishment! I found the staff to be kind polite and very helpful ! Smiles , great personalities! I saw them render patience in trying situations with a smile ! I would recommend them to anyone!

The team at Carolina Dental arts is far most the best Dentist I will ever use. They’re the only people I trust my teeth with and my kids teeth with we absolutely love Carolina Dental the staff the hygienist. Everyone is extremely friendly and I will go nowhere else.

First time going here...today. We had to due to insurance switch. Anyway...I had scheduled appointments for myself and my two kids to get exams and cleanings. Of course we never got a text or call to confirm...which was partially my fault for not updating my phone number. But they had my email. Well after my kids got thier cleanings and fluoride treatment it was ny turn. But instead of a cleaning they did ONLY X-rays and exam. I asked the dentist why I was not getting a cleaning? She only said that "the adult hygientist has to be open". Well I scheduled all three of us together for a cleaning. Come to find out they cancelled my cleaning because I did not confirm my appointment. Yet they were able to do my kids. So now I have to wait 6 months(a total of 12 months) to get my cleaning. Awesom

Idk y ppl are giving bad reviews for.....I'm on Medicaid and they are very prompt....I get reminders and calls from them for my appointments....maybe some of these reviews were rude to the staff....but I can tell u from experience an my opinion...that the staff is very prompt an such sweet ladies!!! I immediately fell in love with them....the dentist is very gentle and encouraging....all of them r....and I dont get no special treatment...when u show kindness u get kindness in return....and they help u in anyway they can to try to find a good decent price for things u can or can't afford....I been to many rude dentistry and this place is not at all rude....i would definitely recommend this place 💯 also for the ones that r complaining about the first visit....well it truly is a no brainer t
