Carol Fox: 1722 Professional Drive. Violates Title 5 rules, which state she is to review all documentation prior to meeting. What's worse is that she did not realize a volume was missing until I told her. The most unintelligent person I have met in my entire life. My ex has a history of having abusive parents, tried to commit suicide at the age of 18, back on prozac in the early 90's, was abusive to me and the children, harassed my family, tried to attack a family member, and tried to attack my attorney in the courthouse in Sept 2015, and Carol said a mental health eval is not needed. She literally said that my ex's mental health issues were "situational". It is documented by CPS as well as another mediator that my daughter was coached by my ex but was never discussed by this mediat
