I have known Dina for about 10 years. We often shared exercise classes, and I have taken numerous classes she taught. In 2019 I was stressed with downsizing and moving and she suggested a full body massage. Oh, how wonderful! She was able to quickly recognize which muscles really needed the attention. I really miss her massages after she moved to Georgia, but at least I can still take her exercise classes online.
