When it comes to to getting diabetic shoes it’s a run around!! We have been waiting for almost 6 months to get shoes, you have to keep calling and calling to find out what’s taken so long. Oh I need this from the doctor, go to the doctor and the doctor just got the paperwork that day!! Then a month and call Carmichael back oh still waiting on paperwork from doctor. Call insurance agency and the agency contact doctor and Carmichael and the next week Carmichael calls shoe have been ordered will let you know when they come in. A month later call back no shoes still!!! Had to reorder shoes, still no phone call to let you know the shoes had to be reordered!!! Had to call to check on shoes to find out they were reordered, so asked when would they be in don’t know!!! Hold on then comes back and

This is my 1st time contacting Carmichael’s for my Dad. He had received the wrong supplies and Lacey, I believe that’s her name, was able to get things sorted out rather quickly on a Friday afternoon. I really appreciate your dedication to helping your customers!!
