I’ve seen Carmella regularly for two years for manual lymphatic drainage due to an injury. Having not been the type previously to get a massage, I was somewhat skeptical and even a bit nervous. However, Carmella’s approach and demeanor immediately put me at ease and the results were stunning. Whenever I leave, I feel lighter in the injured area and have improved movement and function. Also, the price is very reasonable. For less than what I paid for physical therapy sessions with insurance, I saw better results and learned more about the lymphatic system.

Carmela‘s knowledge and understanding of the lymphatic system is amazing. She knew how to treat different issues with different modalities and I would go to her weekly for over two months after recovering from a surgery. She helped a lot and I highly recommend her!!!

Carmela is a fantastic massage therapist. She centers communication and consent, and has a vast knowledge of body systems and how they interact with various health issues. Her MLD techniques are gentle but incredibly effective in treating inflammation. Highly recommend!
