I would never recommend Dr Bancroft office again. Let me first say I have been with Dr Bancroft fir many years.They always upsell Everytime you go in there. Besides the cold treatment I received today and the poor teeth cleaning I received from solange (I had to ask her to floss my teeth. ) while I was checking out I asked if I needed to change my insurance because my husband had passed a week before. No condolences-no I’m sorry- she just said “that will be 132. Diollars. All this cold treatment because I had a problem with the billing person about a bill I paid on time.Next time you should just tell your patient this is not a good fit for us rather then treating them coldly and non compassionately . Dr. Bancroft really took away my fear of going to the dentist. We’re in the works of getting my bite in proper function and I’m loving the results so far! I’ve seen her work for full mouth stuff and it’s really made me consider doing my teeth once we’re done with my Invisalign. Awesome doctor can’t wait for my new smile to be completed 🤗
