I would like to thank the entire staff at Carmel Plaza Dental Center for making my experience as enjoyable as a dentist visit can be. First I would like to thank Neda at the front desk for helping me and guiding me through the tricky process of financing. I was able to get 24 month financing on a huge dental project. I would also like to share my appreciation for Dr. Omar Arreola and his assistant Pam. Together they made my dental implant process go extremely smooth and painless. Pam is a professional at what she does. She was able to keep me calm when my anxiety started to attack. She literally stay by my side the entire time I was there keeping me calm and informed throughout the entire process. Dr. Omar Arreola is an amazing doctor, he has been in the practice for over 40 YEARS!! and hi

Everyone there provides the perfect combination of competence and a sweetness in manner. My dentist Omar and his assistant Parvin (Pam) are the best and so obviously born to do what they do. My only regret is that I cannot recommend them any higher than 5 stars. More stars please!

I absolutely love everyone at Carmel Plaza Dental!! Everyone is so nice and polite to patients and to each other. It is so nice to hear ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ throughout the entire appointment. Their services are also amazing. I recently had two chipped teeth and they fixed them for me immediately. They even accommodated me when I just walked in one morning for a quick fix. They are amazing. They are definitely one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this office.

My wife and I have been coming to Carmel Plaza Dental for at least the last 20 to 25 years or more. Although the dentists have changed over the years, the quality of this organization has not. Over the last number of years we’ve had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr. Nichal and Dr. Arreola. They are extremely carrying professional individuals, but also very compassionate and caring. The staff that they have are all friendly, including the front staff as well as the ancillary staff. All in all we have a wonderful experience with this dental group and recommend them very highly.

I came to Carmel plaza dental to get a root canal and wisdom tooth removed. The staff made me feel comfortable and they were very helpful. I wish more people with great experience like me would come and rate this office. I don’t understand why there is a lot of bad reviews if this office is great. I guess only upset people has the time to write a bad review. Doctor Karpman was amazing, he explained everything though out the procedure. And for Dr Yoo is amazing as well. Thank you Carmel plaza for caring and understanding.
