Dr. Jones has been very patient and helpful over the past month. Helping set up appointments for scans and trying to find out what happened that caused my medical issues back in October . Thank you for all you have done Dr. Jones
Dr. Jones is great but her staff never answers their phone line & you can never get a hold of anyone in their office for any questions or booking. You can leave a message but a call is never returned.
Changed PCP's several months ago to Ms. Jones been calling since Monday and no return call!! So today Wed April 23 they now tell me she is off for a week and no other doctor is helping with her patients?? When you do call for Ms. Jones an answering service answers and they said they have twenty four to forty eight hours to return call. Well I guess I will be on the hunt for a new PCP!!!! Robin W
