If I could give zero stars I would. This office is beyond incompetent! I’ve lived in Broward since 1985 and have never experienced this level of incompetence. The appointment was made then a barrage of calls followed that lasted for weeks. Each caller asking for the same information and none of them were communicating with eachother. My doctors office did their part regarding referral etc. This office called me the DAY of my appointment asking for the referral again. I called my doctor’s office immediately after to confirm it had been sent with all pertinent information and they confirmed in addition to emailing me a copy. Dr Casas Reyes office clearly overlooked what was right in front of them again. So a few weeks of fielding all their ridiculous phone calls resulted in a very bad outcom

Dr. Casas performed surgery on my neck and immediately after surgery I had regained movement in my right arm. He even saved my life when I had complications with breathing, swallowing and talking. Just amazing. His office staff is beyond phenomenal. Jessica, Julie and Alejandra make the office a complete joy. I can't say thank you enough to these ladies who are efficient, knowledgeable, caring and just special people. I would recommend Dr. C and his staff to everyone.

Great office, great staff and great doctor. Took his time, explained everything in detail, genuine and very thorough. Never felt rushed , answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable and secure about my surgery that's required. This is why he has such great reviews from so many people.

I loved Dr. Casas and the staff. He was a really good surgeon and did a great job on my emergency craniotomy. Post op visits the doctor took all the time needed to answer my many questions and never rushed me. He was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on. The staff was efficient and patient and never made me feel like I was being a pain in the butt when I actually know I was because I had a lot of fears and called them many times. Thanks to the whole team.

I was the first patient in the new office. Its really nice and comfortable. More importantly the care I received was wonderful. Dr. Casas was calming while being very thorough. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was in pain and the care I received from the entire group was outstanding.
