After seeing Dr. Britton for years I changed my name and came in multiple times to update my patient information. They refused to update my charts and never told me why. Finally I told them that I needed to change it today because my legal name had changed since the name they were using was neither legal nor mine. I was promptly kicked out of the office. I will never recommend nor will I ever be coming back. I am disheartened and disappointed in this practice.
