The staff is so friendly they almost make you forget someone’s about to stick tools in your mouth. The office is super clean, Nancy and Effie are great hygienists. Everyone is hilarious and welcoming, Dr.Appelhans will always explain everything in a way that doesn’t make you panic Google your symptoms later. They are gentle, fast, and somehow made the whole visit stress free. If all dental offices were like this, nobody would ever cancel their appointments. 10/10. My teeth and I both highly recommend.

Dr. Appelhans is wonderful, and has great "chairside" manner. I have a lot of dental issues, and she always writes out a treatment plan that is not overwhelming like other dentists. She goes over priority, and what order things should be done without bombarding me with a bunch of dental work that needs to be done ASAP. Also, the front office staff is excellent!!! They are so nice and welcoming. I'm horrible about following through with making appointments, and they always follow up with me to remind me, but not at all in an annoying way. My work schedule is tough, but they always find a way to make it work, and get me to work and out of the dentist chair in a reasonable amount of time. They always go the extra mile.

I always have a great experience with my cleanings. I had a filling replaced today and it was quick and painless! The staff is always friendly.

I’ve been coming to Caring Smiles for 4 years now and I really appreciate the dentists, the hygienists, and the front staff, how friendly and helpful they are as well. The facilities are clean and modern, and it has always been so easy to get in when I need to for my general appointments every 4 months. Effie has been my hygienist the last few times and I’d highly recommend her! She has been so gentle but thorough, I always leave with smooth teeth but little/no bleeding. I have gum recession and some pockets so in the past, I’ve come out of cleanings with really tender and sore gums, and sometimes a lot of bleeding during the session, because the person had applied too much force or been less careful. She communicates what’s going on, and what’s she’s seeing so that I can pay extra attent

Wanted to find something close to home and found Caring Smiles online! Everyone is super sweet and helpful! Went above and beyond helping me schedule and get xrays from my previous dentist office. The space is gorgeous and super welcoming!
