Carillon Park Dental

I’ve been coming here for 18 years — and even when I moved to another state for four years, I still made sure to come back for my appointments. That says everything. He is a true perfectionist and really cares about how everything looks and feels. I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done over the years, and I have honestly never felt pain during any procedure. That level of skill and care is rare. The entire team is amazing. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. And the dental hygienist is fantastic — gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my smile.

This was my first visit to Carillon dental and it was unlike any dentist office I’ve ever been to before. The visit was unique from the smell of actual fresh baked cookies upon entry, the pristine cleanliness of the office, friendliness of the staff, information given, explanations Trinity and Dr. Farrish gave of what they were doing was appreciated, and showing, with explanation, the 3D scans of my teeth. It had been over 10 years since my last appointment and boy, have things advanced. It was painless, thankfully no cavities, and Dr. Farrish did an excellent job cleaning my teeth.

I went for a regular cleaning, the hygienist knowing that I have plexiglass between my front 2 teeth to close my gap scraped in between aggressive and went back multiple times. Needless to say the filling got chipped! I understand these things happen and the dentist agreed to fix it but only at FULL PRICE. Not to mentioned I still paid FULL PRICE for the cleaning. I try to be reasonable and even told the front desk I’m happy to pay for the product cost but I feel like I shouldn’t be paying for the dentist time as this was their fault. I received an email to tell me they will give no discount for the procedure! Disappointed is an understatement! This could have easily been made right.

I had a wonderful experience at Carillon Park Dental! The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. I especially want to thank Kerri, my dental hygienist — she was absolutely the best! She’s gentle, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I actually look forward to my visits now. Highly recommend both Kerri and the whole Carillon Park Dental team!

I was very impressed I had a cracked tooth that needed pulled and was worried that he wouldn't be able to get it out. but he did, no pain and while you're sitting there in the chair they have a TV in front of you on HGTV never been to a dentist before that did that ...so the atmosphere was great the people were awesome and I'm going to keep going back
