The staff here is truly wonderful. I’ve come here for myself, my kids, and my husband, and every single time we’re greeted by kind and polite nurses and team members. We’re always seen quickly — it’s usually a smooth in-and-out visit. I never have second thoughts about coming here when I need a quick sick visit. Andrew, the PA, was especially amazing: thorough, patient, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. Working in a hospital myself, I know great care when I see it and when I experience it — and the staff here is truly exceptional. I’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend this urgent care to my family and friends.

I had a fantastic experience at CareWell Urgent Care today. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. PA Angela was amazing. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Her assistants, Dawn and Maria, were just as wonderful: professional, attentive, and so friendly throughout the whole visit. The care was thorough, the process was smooth, and I left feeling reassured and in good hands. Huge thank you to Angela, Dawn, and Maria for making a stressful day so much easier. I was seen for an illness that has been lasting longer than a week, with no relief. So I finally took myself to urgent care. The check in was fairly easy- if you were tech/computer savvy, it wouldn’t be for someone of an elder age. At this specific location, the providers, definitely made you feel as though you weren’t heard or seen. Very quick to get you out, with very little patient follow up or patient education or plan of care. Bedside manner very rushed. I know myself, working in healthcare we’re almost TOO critical, but to be told to go home and take mucinex and come back if it’s not better, well, why do you think I’m here because THAT HASNT WORKED FOR ME. I just feel like now in 2025, everything is by the wayside. Patients aren’t listened to, care is minimally provided. The vibe was

The professionalism of office receptionist exceeded my expectations.~ courteous, kind & helpful. My wait was short, the medical staff was Excellent and caring, accurate in their assessment and treatments. The infection of my biopsy sites are responding well to the treatment & antibiotics. Every time I’ve gone to this Urgent Care they’ve always treated me kindly and with so much respect. Their providers and staff are great and take the time to hear me and talk about treatment options. With long ED wait times and difficulty getting PCP appointments these days, I’m really glad to be able to see great providers in an acute setting.
