CareWell Urgent Care Worcester Greenwood St

This urgent care is very friendly and clean. All of the staff was nice . The dr was nice and took care in to my issue with my eye . I had dr Brian .somthing got into my eye or contact within hours it was swollen . The dr. Quickly resolved my issue. He not only looked into my eye but he also made sure he flushed it out before looking in my eye .. once he found there was nothing in there but it was scratch he proscribed me drops to help the infection. I’m very happy how things turned out . I was in and out because I booked online to place myself online . The fro desk staff was great the nurse was sweet and the doctor was caring and took caution in the next steps . Thank you so much staff!

NOT URGENT CARE - you need an appointment if you don't want to wait until all appointments are taken care of before walk-ins. Staff is unhelpful. You check in and the receptionist points you to a dysfunction tablet to enter in gobs of information with poor keyboard and dropdowns that don't work. I was there with acute severe rash and had trouble breathing. She said 'take a seat'. 30 minutes later she yells out a question to me to fill in my information from a text on my phone link. Now there is more of the same information needed (none pre-filled) and I had to take pictures of my lic, ins cards, then type in the information on those cards manually. One and a half hours later when several people were called in, my spouse asked how much longer because I was getting worse. Receptionist calml

Doctors and nurse were respectable. there’s one old lady who works there , blonde with pink glasses , Rude as hell so was the receptionist as well.. and they also did NOT attend to me with any type of respect. they also did not do their job correctly. Normally they’re good with attentiveness and positive attitude. but today they treated each and every single one of us sitting in that waiting room with the outmost disrespect. Think it’s sad. Someone could be having the worst day of their life and yet doctors and nurses who we should confide in , made the matters worse. Do better.

Easy to make an appointment, less than 10 minutes in waiting room. The physician was thorough, receptive, and thorough. He also gave me a follow up plan for test results and was friendly and kind to my 8 year old daughter. The staff was professional and friendly too.

This facility was excellent. The staff was one of the most accommodating of any Urgent Care center that I have ever visited. They were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to every need. Although it's a bit of a drive for me, I would still make the trip if I ever need to be seen again for a health condition.
