CareWell Urgent Care South Dennis

I received a friendly greeting from the receptionist who took all my. Information. Mary, my nurse was equally friendly and efficient in taking care of me. PA Laura assessed the condition of my eyes and prescribed the medication and how and when to apply it. She listened to and answered all my questions. All was done quickly and efficiently and I was on my way in no time. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I've been seen 3 times at this clinic, & every time they treated me with genuine care. I'm sure everyone has had a (offensive at times) experience with doctors once in their life. This clinic has never let me down. Not only was I seen without having to sit and wait at times over an hour. Laura Saia, PA-C was on call 2 out of the 3 times i went & she was unbelievably empathetic & personable. Treating me like an actual human being not a number waiting in a queue. I can only imagine the number of thank-less situations she has gone through working here, & her professionalism speaks volumes.

Very compassionate and well trained staff. Privacy was of upmost importance to them. Much appreciated. The clinician took time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the plan of care. Hardly any wait to be seen but I did schedule an appointment beforehand. Recommend for simple health issues.

I was very pleased with my whole experience at this clinic. I was acknowledged right away and only waited for 5 minutes. The nurse and doctor that I saw were just great: warm, friendly, knowledgeable and they took their time with me. I would highly recommend this clinic to others.

I arrived at CareWell Urgent Care S. Dennis, in pain with my rotator cuff, (I had my right shoulder repaired previously, so I knew right away what I had done to my left shoulder). Everyone there was so caring as I was being evaluated. Laura Sais, PA-C ordered x-rays, recommended a plan for both shoulders which resulted in assisting my orthopedic Dr. to order an MRI and follow up quickly. I was able to enjoy thanksgiving the next day with gratitude knowing I had a plan of action instead of worrying. Thank you CareWell!
