CareSpot Urgent Care of Vero Beach

I have been here several times over the years even through the COVID era and I always have had a good experience. The waiting area was redesigned and it makes it feel less stuffy and too close for comfort near sick patients. I highly recommend this location.

As I stated in my first part of the response, I questioned about going to this site for this test because it had only received a 2 point ranking. But I went in. The young lady, was working by herself, and it was quite busy, but she was very cordial helpful and didn’t show any tension at all. I gave her my computer like she asked She scanned the information and did all the rest. All I had to do was wait. It was about an hour wait but the technician was very helpful. Everything went very smoothly and I would definitely go there again and I definitely give them five star. Especially to the fact that there was only one young lady working in the front.

I loved the fact that it was a one-stop shop where I was able to complete all of my services in one place. I took off one star because the wait times were horrible. It took 3 hours to be seen for a simple physical exam, drug test, and blood work for a new part-time job I'm starting soon. It was very obvious that they were short-staffed.

Great staff so very helpful and kind .and it was after 6pm they didn't look as us like we had 3 eyes lol !!!they all told me their names .I forgot !!!soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a hello and a smile .front desk lady amazing sitting to the left.my daughter loved her . nurse took us back did her thing said she will let the doctor know I was ready .my daughter asked if she could go get her cheesy bread .next door nurse said sure .she wasn't gone 5 min .. doctor was in my room .fixed me and sending my med ..You all are running a great team !!! And to impress me is hard !! But you all did it THANK YOU ALL ! AMAZING AND THANK YOU !!!

I would not give them a good rating whatsoever due to the fact that I took my husband in there before he ended up in the hospital The doctor walked into the room never touched my husband never lifted the finger to put on him but yet he charged us $35 for the office visit which I don't feel like I have to pay I wrote a dispute to our insurance company I got the $75 knocked off the bill but he also was charging us for an office visit He did not touch him he walked to the threshold of the door and said " " He is septic I cannot take care of him you have to take him to the hospital He said that he did the vitals I would like to see the footage from the cameras in there that showed he walked in to take his vitals that doctor was a liar and I'm going to straight up say that I would love to pay $
