CareSpot Urgent Care of St. Petersburg Northeast

I had another great experience at this urgent care location. This was my second time coming here and I absolutely love this location. I was seen by Allison, the PA, and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was very kind, attentive, and extremely thorough in explaining everything and making sure all of my concerns were addressed. It’s always nice to go somewhere where you feel listened to and well taken care of. The staff and overall experience were excellent. I highly recommend this location and truly appreciate the great care!

First visit to this location and it was a stellar experience from start to finish. I was seen quickly, I was given good advice, and I felt like I was the only patient in the facility and the staff's sole focus at the time I was there. All the people I encountered were gracious, hospitable, and exceptionally caring. The front desk person was adept, pleasant and efficient. The nurse (Theresa I think) was AWESOME, and the APRN was one of my all-time favorite providers.. EVER. Class act through and through - I'd go back any time and I strongly recommend this practice.

Honestly I was just super disappointed in the service charge as a business. I went to care spot with insurance card in hand, hoping my insurance will take care of everything. But instead I had to pay $200 out of pocket and be told my insurance would cover the rest? The rest was $15 for my antibiotics. I basically paid $200 to get a doctor (super sweet lady) tell me everything that Chat GPT told me for free. So I won’t be recommending anyone to that business. The workers were nice.

Just left their facility on Christmas Eve afternoon. I was provided excellent care by Alliison, PA, Jack, MA and the gentlemen at the front desk, Im sorry I don't know his name. Facility was immaculate and from my my first encounter to after the appointment, I was very impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly and most important thorough. Did not feel rushed. I appreciate that they asked many questions and actually listened to my answers They did just prescribe medication based on my exam but waiting until more testing comes in from Quest. It is a true urgent care facility and open 7 days a week including holidays. Many of the other urgent care centers in the aea do not support seven days a week, which is what urgent care should be THey will fax my discharge summary to my PCP and

The ease of getting an appointment , clean and well equipped facility, excellent medical staff and location. The staff was friendly and caring .Allison , my nurse, was phenomenal. She diagnosed my problem with a thorough exam. Allison was instrumental in referring me to the Orlando health ER to get further treatment. This Urgent Care health clinic rates 10 out of 10 stars and a 100% rating as a medical facility. I highly recommend this clinic . Martha
