CareSpot Urgent Care of St. Augustine

Eric Taylor is the worst PA I’ve ever been to with the worst bedside manner I’ve ever had in my entire life. I went in there tonight to get some relief from toxic mold exposure while I wait for my neurology appointment. He was very nasty to me, He was over talking me, not listening to what I was saying, Jumping to conclusions and not wanting to help me. I asked him if he was OK because he seemed very agitated and irritated. I thought maybe he had a bad day. He then started raising his voice to me. I asked him Why he was raising his voice to me, which made him more angry irate. I didn’t do anything to him, so I thought maybe he had something else going on in his personal life that he was projecting outward to his patients and those in the office. I came here to treat a serious cut on my thumb. I was greeted warmly and was taken back to a room very quickly. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. They gave excellent care and had me out of there in a little over an hour. Will definitely be going back for any urgent care needs. Fantastic experience! Update: Despite having excellent insurance and paying my $50 co-pay, 3 weeks after being seen an unauthorized charge of over $200 appeared in my bank account. No bill, just took money without authorization.

Fast friendly and efficient! This is my second visit to this location and it's been an easy process both times. PA- C Taylor is the best! I honestly wish he could be my primary care provider. He already knows what you're there for and walks in the room with a plan. I always leave feeling heard.and like things are handled perfectly! 10/10

They did a fine job medical wise, but I got a random $200 on my credit card from them 3-4 months after our visit. We paid each time we left. I have tried to reach out to their billing department, but remain on hold for 45 minutes before I give up. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company until they can prove I authorized a payment.

Visiting from out of town, had slipped on ice and came to Florida with a few lovely staples in my head. The staff here was so friendly and efficient! In and out in 15-20 mins: I am glad I drove the extra couple miles to come here instead of an alternative urgent care center. Highly recommend.
